Refer a friend to us at Synergy Healthcare and earn up to £100, when the referred friend completes their first two shifts. Simply fill out the form below with yours and your recommended friend’s details. Terms & conditions apply.
Terms & conditions
• The Refer a Friend scheme is opened to all category of staff that registers with Synergy Healthcare.
• The referred friend must successfully complete the registration process.
• Verbal referral is not accepted.
• Staff refereeing the friend must use the “Refer a friend” form on the website to be eligible for payment.
• You are eligible to receive £100 after your referred friend has successfully completed two shifts.
